Stephane is an architect and urban designer who founded Atelier+ in 2023. He started his career in Los Angeles and then Paris where he gained a broad range of experience in both residential and commercial projects before moving to London in 2002. He then worked at Scott Brownrigg and Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios respectively.

Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to design buildings and places of various scales from design concept to delivery. He is fascinated by the way cities, town centres and high streets are developing and adapting to address the various challenges they are currently facing.

Whilst Stephane’s work focuses on design quality and sustainability, he also knows how to adopt a pragmatic approach to projects when it comes to viability.

Sam is an architect and urban designer with a focus on projects that have a positive, lasting impact on people’s daily lives.

He has built a long-standing collaboration with Stephane, with whom he has delivered a wide range of urban design and masterplanning projects.

Having studied and worked in London, Sam brings valuable experience in placemaking, an essential part of creating spaces that people genuinely connect with. He has worked with local authorities and social landlords to deliver projects that are contextual, sustainable, and rooted in community engagement.

His work ranges from high-quality, appropriately scaled housing to the design of public spaces that are both functional and beautiful.
